Tom was very happy with Emma, as he is a rescue cat it is very difficult for him to accept unknown people, because of his bad past experience and straight away he bonded well with Emma 😊

Emma looked after our somewhat temperamental bunny whilst we went away for a week. We got regular updates and never for once doubted if Darcey was in safe hands, even when she decided to sulk and be picky over her food. We even came back to cute pictures on our sequin cushion! Emma looked after our four Pygmy goats for just over two weeks, when we were away and one chicken. She gave them wonderful care, sent warm friendly updates and a picture, and kept their shed clean. I didn’t have to worry about my pets that can be a bit of a handful. We can highly recommend her.

I contacted Emma by email and was immediately struck by her warmth and friendly approach. I have a very timid and anxious half Bengal and discovered she needed her back claws clipped. Emma was so helpful, wrote a lovely reply to me completely putting my mind at rest that she was the right person for my girl. Emma visited us at home and was so gentle and caring with my little girl, that within no time at all she clipped her claws without any upset or fuss. Emma is a natural, very professional and kind. I am therefore very happy to highly recommend Emma.
